RTT in Brief...
RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning.
RTT is a scientific hybrid therapy. It is an extremely dynamic, fast and effective therapy which is designed to uncover the root cause of your issues, free you from any self-defeating beliefs/patterns and imprint new positive and powerful programming into your subconscious to produce permanent life-changing results.
RTT uses methodologies such as Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), psychotherapy, healing and neurolinguistic programming (or NLP) to better dialogue with your mind and understand the difference between what your subconscious and conscious mind believes. It is not just Hypnotherapy, it is so much more and a complete thoroughbred method.
We know that clients are time starved and come to us in pain, both physical and/or emotional. They want rapid results. So, the first difference with RTT is it aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90-minute session, and with the majority it does just that. Although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions. With RTT there is no need to visit us week in, week out, accumulating hours of therapy and increasing the cost for you in time and overall financial outlay.
Rapid Transformational Therapy was founded by Marisa Peer who is a world-renowned speaker, therapist, and best-selling author with over three decades of experience. Named Best British Therapist by Men’s Health magazine and featured in Tatler’s Guide to Britain’s 250 Best Doctors, she uses her experiences treating patients including rock stars, CEOs, elite Olympic athletes, royalty and Oscar-winning actors to inform her life-changing speeches and lectures. She has been voted best speaker at numerous conferences including The Mastermind Group London, the Women in Business Superconference and Awesomeness Fest 2015.
Marisa’s theory is based on her view that people’s problems may be complex, but the mind is very easy to understand. Once we understand how the mind works, our role as a therapist is simple. We rewire the mind to focus on the things we want to get out of life and let go of the pain that has been holding us back.
